Fund Accounting

  • Pricing - Collaboration on fund's pricing policy and maintenance of valuations accordingly. Independent and automated pricing on dealing NAV cycles.

  • Position reconciliations - Prepared, reviewed and independently priced for each NAV cycle while providing intra-NAVs depending on clients.

  • NAV Reporting - Monthly, quarterly or annually reporting option available.

  • Cash reconciliations - Performed on a weekly, or monthly basis predicated upon the data availability from counterparties.

  • Corporate actions - identify and input corporate actions into accounting system.

  • Fee calculation - All fee calculations carried out including performance and management fees.

  • Prepare financial statements in accordance with SFRS, IFRS or GAAP

  • Plan, execute and maintain the official books and records for a seamless audit from start to finish.

Fund Administration

  • Complete control around cash management cycle including Subscription, Redemption, and Transfer processing.

  • Payment of standard non-trading related payments and trade related payments within agreed cash payment procedures.

  • Maintenance and communication of authorised signatory list.

  • Upkeep of records and establish a filing system for all necessary documents, including agreements and contracts.

Investor Services

  • Share register maintenance and dealing processing in accordance with governing documents.

  • Review subscription and redemption documents and highlight concerns during feedback sessions.

  • Communication and confirmation of all dealing information to underlying investor.

  • Reporting of Net Asset Values and fund performance to investors.

  • Timely response to investor queries and request

Compliance and Statutory Reporting

  • Know Your Client (KYC) and due diligence procedures for investors onboarding and regular reviews to determine source of funds and conformity. Assessment of Accredited Investors and Institutional Investors if required.

  • Risk screening to Complete Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Financing of Terrorism (CFT) verification.

  • Compliance Officers actively involved in AML/CFT regulatory requirements and developments. Review company’s compliance manual to keep in line with company’s activities

  • Review investor details and subsequently register and report as required under the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and Common Reporting Standards (CRS). On-going maintenance, documentation, and record-keeping to ensure compliance.

  • Prepare and complete statutory reports and surveys to submit to relevant authorities .
